Diseased Cloud in Outposts - Guild Wars Forums

I know there is a quest in Proph that while doing you get the diseased cloud even while in the outposts anyone know which quest it is?

I did a search but could not find here and its been so long since I did the quest i forgot. Someone be a doll and give me an answer. I hope it was not nerfed.

The only one I can think of is actually from Factions:

Edit: apparently that's the quest that triggers it; the actual quest that gives you the diseased look while active is the quest afterwards.

I've done every quest in Proph that I can find (pretty much all of them) and none give a diseased cloud. You must be thinking of the one in Factions (refer to above post).
